Quality & QC (CoA / SDS, Testing, Packaging)

Quality documentation and packaging standards for research materials

1Click Chemistry supplies materials for research use. Quality control, analytical documentation, and packaging practices are aligned to the compound type and supply pathway (catalog inventory, sourcing, custom synthesis, or scale-up).

DOCUMENTATION AVAILABILITY DEPENDS ON BATCH ORIGIN AND MANUFACTURING ROUTE.

    Certificates of Analysis (CoA)

Where available, a Certificate of Analysis may include:

    • Compound name and catalog number
    • Batch or lot number
    • Reported purity
    • Analytical method reference
    • Date of analysis

CoAs are provided for applicable materials and reflect batch-level data.

    SDS (Safety Data Sheets)

Safety Data Sheets are available for supplied materials where required. SDS documentation includes:

    • Hazard classification
    • Handling recommendations
    • Storage guidelines
    • Regulatory information

Customers are responsible for reviewing SDS information prior to use.

    Analytical Data

    Available analytical data may include:

    • HNMR spectra
    • LC-MS data
    • HPLC purity results
    • Chiral identification or enantiomeric purity (where applicable)

Analytical scope depends on compound type and supply route.

For custom or scale-up materials, analytical methods are defined during project confirmation.

    Research Grade Classification

    UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED IN WRITING:
    • Materials are supplied as research-grade
    • Products are not GMP-certified
    • Materials are not supplied for clinical or commercial manufacturing use

Any enhanced documentation or regulatory requirements must be defined prior to order confirmation.

    Packaging Standards

    Packaging is aligned to:

    • Compound stability
    • Hazard classification
    • Quantity
    • Temperature requirements

    Materials may be supplied in:

    • Standard laboratory vials
    • Sealed containers appropriate to hazard class
    • Custom packaging configurations (if defined during order)

Temperature-sensitive materials are packaged appropriately for transit stability.

    Batch Consistency & Scale-Up

    For repeat or bulk orders:

Production batches are defined at order confirmation
Analytical documentation reflects the specific batch supplied
Larger-scale quantities may require additional production review

    Documentation Requests

If specific documentation is required prior to order approval, requests should be made at the quotation stage to confirm availability.

Documentation is supplied in alignment with the material provided.
